20" x 4.5" 10 Micron Pleated Water Filter, Pentek NCP Series

This is a Pentek NCP Series 20″ x 4.5″ 10 micron pleated water filter. NCP Series cartridges are constructed from carbon-impregnated non-cellulose media. They offer sediment filtration, taste, odor, and chlorine taste and odor reduction in one cartridge. Unlike cellulose cartridges, NCP Series cartridges are resistant to bacterial attack, allowing them to be used for municipal and non-chlorinated water applications. Pleats provide additional surface area for high dirt-loading capacity while maintaining minimal pressure drop. This combination of pleated polyester media and carbon filtration produces an outstanding filter cartridge with extended service life.
